1. Information acquired from Users and methods of such acquisition

1.1. Information directly acquired from Users

Developer may request User to provide Developer with the following information for the use of the Service by such User:

• (a) Name of a child;
• (b) Gender of the child;
• (c) Date of birth of the child;
• (d) Time of birth of the child;
• (e) Photo of the child;
• (f) Name of parent or guardian;
• (g) Relationship between parent or guardian and the child (e.g., mother, father, grandparent, etc.);
• (h) Any other childcare information input by User through the Application, including but not limited to activity records (such as feeding time, diaper change time, sleep time, etc.), activity categories, numerical data, text records, photos, etc.;
• (i) User preference settings;
• (j) Information input by User through the Application for customer support.

1.2. Authentication information of User

Any authentication information of User (including but not limited to email address, password, authentication information through Google or Apple account login) is automatically transmitted to Developer for the authentication and identification of such User.

2. Use of information acquired from Users

Developer uses the information acquired from User for any of the following purposes:

• (a) Provision of any product or service of Developer;
• (b) Identification of User or authentication services;
• (c) Implementation of multi-device synchronization functionality, enabling you to access your data on different devices;
• (d) Provision of offline functionality and synchronization of data after network connection is restored;
• (e) Marketing research, statistics or analysis (using de-identified data);
• (f) System maintenance or measures against any failure or malfunction of the systems;
• (g) Provision of technical support or response to inquiries from Users;
• (h) Development, provision, maintenance or improvement of any application, website, service, content or advertisement of Developer;
• (i) Development or provision of advertisements of any product or service of Developer or of any third party which focus on its target customers (if social features are implemented in the future, may include related advertisements);
• (j) Prevention of any possible misconduct or illegal act, or enforcement of the Terms of Use.

3. Sharing of information and provision of information to third parties

In any of the following cases, Developer may share the information of User with any third party:

3.1. Acquisition of consent of User

Developer may provide the information of User (including the personal information) to any third-party company, organization or individual, if Developer obtains a consent of such User.

3.2. Sharing with third-party service providers

Developer provides the information of User to any third party who provides services, on behalf of Developer, such as:

• Supabase: For backend services, database management, data storage, user authentication, and application hosting. Supabase is our primary backend service provider, responsible for securely storing and managing your data.
• Google: For Google account login authentication services (OAuth). When you choose to sign in with your Google account, Google processes your authentication information.
• Apple: For Apple account login authentication services (OAuth). When you choose to sign in with your Apple account, Apple processes your authentication information.

Developer shall require or instruct such any and all third parties to strictly keep the confidentiality of such disclosed information and not to use such information for any purpose other than the provision of the services on behalf of Developer.

3.3. Requirement by laws

Developer may be required to disclose the personal information of User by laws, regulations, rules, legal proceedings, public agencies or governmental agencies in or out of the country of residence of such User. If Developer considers that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, enforcement of laws or realization of any other public interest, Developer may disclose such personal information to the public or to such agencies.

3.4. Transfer of business or merger

Developer may transfer all or any part of the personal information acquired from User to any related person, in the case of its organizational restructuring, merger or transfer of business.

4. Disposal of information acquired from Users

Developer disposes of or discards any personal information acquired from User at the time when Developer reasonably deems that such information is not necessary anymore, considering its normal business operation.

If you choose to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Right of Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Developer may revise the Privacy Policy from time to time.

Developer shall post any important revision of the Privacy Policy, together with the latest version of the Privacy Policy, on its website or in the Application.

The revised version of the Privacy Policy shall become effective and be applied to Users at the time when Developer posts it on its website or in the Application.
